bead in your bracelets purchase a small polishing cloth and clean regularly. Avoid spraying with perfume, showering or submerging in washing up water.

I use Gold Filled beads as they are a cheaper alternative to 9 carat Gold and better quality than Gold plated with ten

times more Gold bonded onto the outer layer of sterling silver. The healing property of Gold is the attraction of wealth, happiness, provides composure and relieves stress. To care for the Gold Filled bead in your bracelets purchase a small polishing cloth and clean regularly. Avoid spraying with perfume, showering or submerging in washing up water.

Cleansing and Connecting With Crystals.

Divine Love and Cleansing Crystals:

As crystals connect with our energetic field they will need cleansing, as do we.

I cleanse my crystals in the same way I treat myself with the energy and vibration of Divine Love.

1. Hold your crystal or crystal bracelet in your left hand close to your heart.

2. Holding your right hand palm upwards, in a receiving posture.

3. Ask for divine love to flow into you, your hand and into your crystal(s).

4. When you sense completion give gratitude to Divinity / Source and the Crystal(s).

5. You can run most crystals under water to cleanse or place in mineral water, please check on the hardness scale first that the crystal is not below a 7 rating.

6. You can use the smoke from white sage or palo santo, move the crystal through the smoke with the intention of cleansing.

7. You can use the Reiki 1 symbol Chokurei to cleanse your crystal or the Reiki Empowerment Breath technique.

8. Avoid placing crystals in direct sunlight, many of them will fade.

Connecting With Crystals:

Crystals once activated can emit a frequency of intention into a room or situation in an on going flow until

change and transformation occurs. I like to use the relevant crystal for this.

1. Take you crystal in your hand, thank your crystal and connect with its consciousness for a few moments.

2. Ask the crystal to do what you would like it to do. I always speak this out loud as I find more empowering to do so.

For example:

"Amethyst, can you please release peace into this room for all who come into this room / space." Or

"Amethyst, can you please release peace into this situation"

"Amethyst, can you release peaceful sleep and dreams for those who are sleeping in this room."

"Labradorite, can you please bring transformation and change from old limited ancestral programmes in my life"

"Rose Quartz, can you please release unconditional love into this room for all who come into this space."

"Citrine, can you please release continued abundance for all who come into this space."

3. You may like to note down in a journal the programmed crystals and see their benefit to you and those who come into

contact with their energetic flow.
